We are delighted to welcome Italian soprano Claudia Urru to the Crescendi Artists roster for general management!
A laureate of several prestigious international competitions, Claudia Urru won First Prize at the Concorso Lirico Internazionale Valerio Gentile (2020), the Concorso Internazionale di Canto Lirico Traetta (2023), the Concorso Città di Brescia – Omaggio a Maria Callas (2025), and, most recently, the Concorso Umberto Giordano in 2026.
During the 2024/25 season, she performed Gilda in Rigoletto at the Teatro Petruzzelli and La Principessa Badr-al-Budur in Aladino e la lampada magica at the Festival della Valle d’Itria. She also made her debut as Micaela in Carmen and returned to the role of Violetta Valéry in La traviata at the Teatro Antico di Taormina.
Among her recent engagements, Claudia has also reprised the role of Mozart’s Königin der Nacht in Die Zauberflöte at the Teatro Comunale di Ferrara, Teatro Municipale di Piacenza, Teatro Sociale di Rovigo, and the Wielki Teatr in Warsaw.
