Giordano Bellincampi Leads the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra in Mozart, Brahms, and Mendelssohn

Conductor Giordano Bellincampi makes his debut with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra on May 16 at the Orpheum Theatre and May 17 at Centennial Theatre in North Vancouver, leading a program of Brahms, Mozart, and Mendelssohn.

The concerts open with Brahms’ Academic Festival Overture, followed by Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 3, featuring violinist Geneva Lewis in her first appearance with the VSO. Bellincampi closes the program with Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3, “Scottish.”
