Tenors Ho-Yoon Chung and Adam Frandsen, and soprano Veronica Granatiero star in Puccini’s Opera La Bohème at the National Taichung Theater (Taiwan) this Christmas.
Enjoy a magical winter tale of passion, art and freedom, all about the bohemian lifestyle of late 19th-century artists and intellectuals. When the frail Mimì knocks on Rodolfo’s door to light her candle on Christmas Eve, a heartbreaking story thus begins.

In this production, conductor Shao-Chia Lü joins long-time collaborator Andreas Homoki to recreate the Quartier Latin of Paris, with a colourful, enormous Christmas tree.
