Toshiyuki Kamioka ‘Meets Nielsen’ in a Copenhagen Phil Concert

On November 6th Maestro Toshiyuki Kamioka takes to the podium at the Conservatory Concert Hall, Copenhagen to conduct two Nielsen & Stravinsky/Kamioka Meets Nielsen concerts of the Copenhagen Phil.

Chief conductor Kamioka and Copenhagen Phil perform two brilliant pieces of classical music: Stravinsky’s Symphony in C and Nielsen’s Symphony No. 1, as well as two bonus works: Mahler’s 5 Rückert-Lieder (sung by the Norwegian baritone Johannes Weisser) and Carl Nielsen’s Tågen letter.
