Ilya Silchukov was born in 1982 in Minsk,Belarus.He completed his
studies at Belarusian State Academy of Music(Minsk,Belarus), where he achieved
“Master of Arts in Voice performance”.
In June-August 2011 he participated in “Young
Singer Programm of Salzburger Festspiele”.
Future engagements include among
others Valentin/Faust at Israeli Opera Tel Aviv and various
roles at Belorussian National Opera.

In 2013-14 he
performed Misgir/Snegourochka ,Korolewitch/Kaschey
Onegin at Minsk Opera Bolshoi and also Germont/La Traviata at
Opera Podlaska Bialystok ,Estonian National Opera Tallinn,Vorarlberger
Landestheater Bregenz and Narodne Divadlo Brno.
In 2011-12 Ilya
Silchukov performed as Valentine/Faust at Slovak National Opera Bratislava, Schaklowity/Khowanschina at
Frankfurt Oper and Fiorello/Il

Ruggiero Cappuccio and Roberto Skolmowski .
Ilya Silchukov is a Laureate of Elena Obraztsova Grand Opera Show (Russia Culture TV)
in 2014. He won Hans Gabor Prize and Helikon Prize at 30th H.G.Belvedere
Competition in 2011. He also won first prizes at M.Magomaev International Singing Competition
(Moscow) and M.Schneider –Trnavski International Singing Competition(Trnava)in
